Hard to obtain via phishing? Yes, next to impossible.
By keylogging or RAT-ing? No, provided you know how.

If you do hack, you realize a lot of players DON'T have bank pins. generally only skilled/educated players. this probably wont change anything. and moral of the story - BANK YO SHT
