No thanks, I enjoy rs hacking and making gp from it. I'm not the other dick hackers that drops untradeables though.
 
I think that this is a good idea. This will eliminate almost all hacking, considering that getting pins is a pain the ass.

Hard to obtain via phishing? Yes, next to impossible.
By keylogging or RAT-ing? No, provided you know how.

If you do hack, you realize a lot of players DON'T have bank pins. generally only skilled/educated players. this probably wont change anything. and moral of the story - BANK YO SHT
 
I don't really mind, if it stops them whining it would be nice
