It is absolutely amazing, the two people on the sides compliment the center image completely.

I don't like it. The people on the sides have nothing to do with the Optical Illusion Background.
The text does not match the people, the people are just sitting there.
The text needs to be of a Military style, or the people need to be more casual.

The background is annoying, it is like and Optical Illusion. It looks like it is moving, and while trying to read the text above in the post it can be distracting.

But on the Plus side, it is better than mine, but that is like saying you would rather eat a rotten tomato instead of (my sig) a flat Rotten Tomato

I would say around 6/10 as well. This isn't an professional nor great looking sig, but it's average. It fits to the forum style though.
