Cheat Engine item editing

So yeah I know how to edit the items in your inventory as that's kinda basic, but I'm not to sure how I can make the items on my character edited, Bigsunlink101 done it way back when Druidic third age and spirit shield were first released. It would help because then the video could match up with my phishing page, any help or input is appreciated.

pause the video when editing and cut out the bit where you go to your bank and get the other item/items then just make it look smooth

You can get item id's by looking the item up on the g.e. on rs website, then looking at the url:

http://services.runescape.com/m=itemdb_rs/Armadyl_godsword/viewitem.ws?obj=11694

In this case, this item's id is 11694.

Or then you can go to rsps and take pic of item and with desired amount and just put it to your video. You got it?
