Changed PM requirement to 5 posts

It's not that hard to get 10 HQP let alone LQP. You didn't really need to change it to 5 posts. There is more than enough to talk about on this forum than 5 posts...

Yes I know, but some people had problems when they were selling and just didn't want to post. I changed it to make the requirement a bit lower. Later I will bump it back up.

I think it should remain at 10 posts or maybe higher. It will help reduce spam.
