Change my avatar?`

hey everytime i try to change my avatar it says i cant access this page i try to resend activation and it say it appears your account is already activated? do i need to reach a certain amount of posts?

You need to buy either VIP or ELITE to be able to change your avatar.

You can change your avatar but you must firstly grab a link to paste from an image-hosting website, such as Imgur.

You can only upload images directly from your PC if you upgrade to either VIP or ELITE.

You must have either 5 or 10 posts to change your avatar.

I forget which, but there is an amount of posts you must reach.
