Doesn't look like that to me, he has a regular mainstream OG gamerpicture with no bio. His friends list also doesn't point at that at all.
 
No his dox went public and I believe when the jackers of his tag tried to contact him about keeping it, they determined he died.... lol

Well, I don't believe that's what happened. if the tag was jacked then the first owner would've gotten it back, that's always what goes down. Simple.

The death story was probably not true.
 
pretty sure this was jacked and changed to GLADIATOR, then the original owner got it back and it was put on the original account...

Dashboard did that and it had nothing to do this with tag.
