Cat outside my house.

I'd feel pretty bad to call animal control, 'cause they may put it to sleep.

I've been feeding it for 2-3 days, and I would take it into my home, but I'm afraid of my little sister getting sick, as-well as my other animals.

What would be the best thing to do?

Dude!! There is a cat that has been hanging out around my house too! I am not trolling you either. I am serious. It's a black cat. It has been eating my dogs food, drinking his water, and the cat around my house can scale our fence.

Dude, it looks like it has some sort of illness, First get it checked out by a vet.

It's just very skinny. Whenever I pet him/her, I can feel the spine.

Definantly somthing wrong with it, unless its just SUPER hungry, don't bring it inside your house, just to be safe.

I'm not, but I've been feeding and giving water.

So, my family has decided to keep it well-fed. It'll be staying outside most definitely though.

Keep a very close eye on this one. You never know what stray cats could be carrying. I suggest you somehow take it somewhere else by luring it with food, or trapping then releasing. If you don't it will begin to rely on you and then die when you remove it's life support.

I wouldn't recommend petting it a lot. It could carry diseases like ring worm. Bring it to a vet, would be your best bet, if you haven't already.
My father found 4 baby kittens outside his job, and we brought them to a shelter to save them. ;D

Kittens are different. Everyone wants a kitten, this is a older cat.

Although I think it's still a kitten.

Take it to the vet.. Then maybe an animal shelter after its been taken care off.. if it looks all good and it dont have deseases someone will pick it up :)

Even if it is an older cat, it can still have ringworm, and other diseases.

It looks like it has rabies..
