I tried it and gave them all my info and id numbers, customer support codes ect. I had everything to prove I'm the owner. They looked at it for 5 minutes and said even though the info was correct, there is nothing they can do. They said bans cant be lifted and then that was it. They needs work on their customer service . @sativa

Hi @sativa . i have recently received an email from enforcement saying they are re investigating my ban. there must have been new evidence. maybe case review does work if you have the right information?? x hope that helps.

Last time i spoke to them they said it was being upheld. now all of a sudden its being re looked into lol

How do I get them to re investigate a ban.
