I believe this is the British spelling of "Capitalize". I could see this going for what you're asking for or maybe even more. GLWS.

I was the one that told you that and yes this is true. The British (or at least some) spell Capitalize with a s instead of a z. Even if you consider it misspelled, it's still a nice tag.
