Cant upload my new sig @-@

Every time I try to upload my sig it gives me this error

Its the same file format as my current one, and I've tried uploading it to different sites such as imgur and photobucket but nothing is working. Is this a server issue? Because this happened to me on HF as well.

I'm actually made, I just changed my name and had a girl write my name on her tits for my sig.
It only uploads half of my avatar btw.
