Can't change my gamertag?

For some reason, I can't change my gamertag on Xbox.com .

In this picture, I clearly have enough Microsoft points to change my gamertag but when I go to change it, it gives me this screen.

If someone could tell me what's going on, I'd be really grateful.

You cant change your gamertag on Xbox.com

The only way you can is if you have a generated name that ms gives you Example : MineCrooke20392

Just sign on to an xbox, it should work then.

Try it on your console. I don't think you can change your name on the site, unless ( as somebody already stated ) it's the free name change you get when you first make your account.

Oh thanks for the help. I was hoping that I could turbo my own gamertag in a few weeks but now I know I can't...
