If you mean jailbreaking as in Homebrew like the R4i and AK2i then yes. However I think the R4i was patched by Nintendo, I may be wrong. I had an AK2i myself and it worked very well.

Anyways, go to Gamestop and tell them how to do it, they are pretty helpful with these types of situations!

How is Gamestop going to help? They're probably going to report you to the police or something. Homebrew Flash Cards are, well, illegal if they're used for playing games and not homebrew purposes.

Sure man, You can download DS roms and put them in a R4. You can also crack games and put them in your Wii Homebrew channel. I never done it but I have seen videos of it on youtube.
