Can we get job without experience?

Yesterday my friend said me to that he is quiting his education and he said he learn everything with doing work. So can he get job without experience?

You can still get a job without experience but you only for entry level work. If you got experience plus a college diploma, for sure your chances are bigger and the pay will be much higher.

If you don't have experience, you can enter as OJT or On-the-job Training so you can get experience. By the time your OJT is finished, you can include it in your resume that experience. usually, OJT lasts for 6 months.

Of course we can have a job even though we don't have any experience. Having a job is a one way of having a experience remember that. Now a days company's are hiring experience people to work in their company but there are company that hires people even though they don't have experience. If you get hired prove them that you work hard and you are the right person for that job.

my jobs experience is very good i am very hard working man and short courses and computer and typing and other work in the office,s my good experience and i hope my work doing and the were used computer and faxes work is very experience so good so i will try my best and there were used in computer and hard ware and soft ware work in computer experience they were used in computer master and others work for the related in the computer work

i think for being quitting in his schooling there is still a chance that he can get a job but as far as i know you could get a good job if you have a college degree and experience as well

for me education is really important to us because for me education is a key to success but some say education are not important because there are plenty of businessman who didnt finished their education but they are very successful in their life. do you agree with this? share your opinion,your input is greatly appreciated.have a nice day.

Every one starts with no experience. There has got to be a starting point. May be we get a little lesser amount in the starting but once we get some experience we get our salaries increased. But that is for sure that we can start without experience and get a job.

He can get a job even without experience for as long as he finished his studies. Some company accepts fresh grads or without work experience people. But if he's undergrad, the chance of finding a good job is so slim.

yes mate,we can have a job even we don't have experience because there are some employer that accepting new employees without experience.
it is how you empress your future boss by interviews.

yes, all professionals started with no "job" experience..if you meant unfinished formal education, some companies do hire undergrads..but most companies look for 4-yr grads. my opinion is based on the situation here in the Philippines.

yes, of course, every one in the first time will not have experience. like me i joint a manufacture company as PC troubleshooter as the first time. i don't have experience yet how to work in the company. but i learn by doing it.

There are so many works and projects which need experience rather than a qualifying degree or diploma. Moreover you need to work in order to get perfection. So what kind of job hes doing depends on the nature, unskilled or semi skilled or skilled labor, all have different qualifying exams and experience then need.

Well said Dwaph. You don't need experience to get a job. But, if the job doesn't require any skills/experience you'll be getting paid minimum wage. I would hate that job and I'd be miserable for the rest of my life. I'd be struggling and that is why education is important.

Yes but that depends on the kind of job and the qualifications of the job. However, the best thing to do is to have education and try some first-steps jobs if you want to have a good job in the future. Of course, your knowledge, skills and attitude also count as well.

Although most employers would prefer to hire somebody who has job experience, there is still a great chance that one can get a job without it provided that the applicant has a good academic records,that the applicant has demonstrated the right attitude towards the job, and that the ability and willingness to learn fast- these are the things that can help one land a job even without experience. So do good during the screening process to prove the employer your worth.

yes we can, we just need to find the kind of job that has flexible hours and part-time shifts. Look at fast food, retail clerking, grocery, restaurants ... not assistant to the Prime Minister. For that one, you do need at least one year work experience at McDonald's!
