Are you seriously going to tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about? If it's swapped and it wasn't!, active then he will be able to keep it.

It does not matter if the tag is active or not, If he jacks it, secures it, and SWAPS it, There is nothing Microsoft can do about getting it back to him unless it is a xbox employee lol Like I said if HE SWAPS IT then he should not get it back lol,
Only know this due to the shit happening to me on my 5 year tenure account, Played on it everyday and still nothin they could do.
