Can Somebody Host A Minecraft Server For Some Friends And I?

I need someone to host a Minecraft server for just my friends and I for a little, since we don't know how to set one up.

Ugh... Well I can't host since I'm busy trying to buy some Xbox live membership since Detroit on HF said he was selling me two 12 month codes so I turned down tons of offers. Then, he ended up not selling me the codes...
