Can anyone help me with Rsbuddy?

I'm not fully understanding how rsbuddy works, can anyone please explain? And maybe give me a little tutorial on how to download/setup ect. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Register an account.
Download the client.
Log in to your account.
Find a script here.
Click 'ADD TO RSBUDDY'.
Run your .jar from the client download.
Log in to Runescape.
Start the script (top right corner).

pretty much covers it all except some scripts are VIP (meaning u must donate) or premium meaning you must buy.. they also only accept google checkout..

There are a lot of free scripts, try those. Only a hand full are vip or paid.
