Well I support transsexuals and stuff, but gonna be honest, She looks pretty ugly, why would you wait all this time, rather than doing it while you where young.
But hey her choice, and she is happy.

I have no problem with this. It was their choice to change their sex, if that's what they want and are happy with them so am I.
I'm using 'their' in a polite manner before any of you start turning into Mages and fireball me for being offensive for treating this person like a thing.
