I don't like running the risk of being charged back. That's why I only use hard currencies as opposed to PP.

I'm just paranoid, I don't trust like ANYBODY to pay me via PP for a decent amount. If you do run into some LR, I'd be more than happy to make you an offer.

It's up to you, but finding a seller at that price range with a nice tag who will accept PP from a fairly new user will be difficult for you - the same as it is for me. If you offered LR you'd be offered tags from more sellers, and the overall quality of what is offered to you will rise. Just a tip though.
