Depends on the issue. I'm good in the ACP but if it's installing a mod/theme, I'd be no help.

It is to do with a header problem.

The login box use to be on top of the header image (Which I want) and the whole thing was connected not like gaps in between.

You need to go to the custom CSS thingyjiggy and change the height of one of the properties in it.
7bb0bd is the color you used, so type ctrl + f and put "7bb0bd" in the search and it should direct you to the correct thing unless you have more than one with the "7bb0bd" color, then you find which one.
I forgot which block this is, so I can't tell you off hand, lol.
