Buying Halo 3 Account

Don't care about the tag. Live doesnt matter. Must have no social, only ranked. Highest skill must be a 50 (Don't care what it's in, but preferablly lone wolves) however I want it to have less than 7 xp in one ranked playlist so I can grab the 7 on the 7th achievement.. It cannot have any losses. Amount of games doesn't matter, but I want something fairly low, nothing to big. There's probably some other stuff I'm forgetting here, but I'll choose an account to my liking. Willing to pay $8.90 PP and 100 Minecraft Accounts (Premium). Please post a link of the Bungie.net stats, if I'm interested I'll contact you further about the account.

I specifically asked for set terms on the account. You posted accounts that did not meet those terms. You may be posting about Halo 3 accounts, but you were completely off topic of what I was asking for.
