No, you cannot sell an account to another forum. If I ever see you buy an account from HF from anyone here I will report it and I'm sure TE would have no problem giving your IP to Omni to match it up and ban the HF account. Nothing against you, just go get the rep and posts yourself, it's rather easy.

On the other hand, you could get someone as a reseller but they will have to deem you trustworthy enough not to scam.
