$70 seems a little low, but then again, all accounts that attempt to sell on RG get low balled.
 
I have a 97 that I don't use anymore. The only down side is that it has 7 dungeoneering. I'd sell it for a cheap price (75 attack, 88 strength, 70 defense), maybe even 20 dollars via Paypal. Let me know what you think.
