Buying 8-11 year - $250

There has been a 10 year for sale here last night.

$250 Is enough for a 10 year with nothing good on it which you won't find. 11 year no one will take anything less than $350. Best you will be able to get is 8-9 for 250.
 
Phenom was selling his 10 year for less than 200. $250 for a 10 year with nothing is a stretch. Tbh. I'll let you know about mine later.

That doesn't mean anything what so ever.
250$ is worthy for a ten year, with literally no GoD's, gamerscore and GoD's matter most. The irrelevance in your tastes doesn't necessarily mean that the value will drop just for you.
I traded my 8 year for something worth 400$.
Now back on topic, I wish you luck in obtaining one.

I get what you're saying, but it's not what I was meaning to say. I meant that extras are great, but considering I know of 2 11 years that sold for $150 and $250 respectively, that's kind of the expectation.

That aside, my 8 year with 187k legit Gamerscore and over $10,000 worth of DLC (250 XBLA games, 20-25 Games on Demand, DLC and season passes for literally every major title, thousands in pics/themes/avatar items appraised for $500 in May-June and sold for that on the dot. The market has gone up a little, but not enough to merit spending half that for 2 extra years but 10% of the Gamerscore and far less DLC. That's why, for me, DLC will never have relevancy for me, because I know for a fact that I sold probably the best DLC account ever sold on these sites and it only fetched $500, and it took me a solid 2-3 weeks to finally make that sale.
