Buy lost twitter

So recently a friend of mine changed his twitter email to a random email, and now he forgot the password. Is there any way or anyone who can possible retrieve the account? Its a personal account with only 100 or so followers, he desont know the email or the twitter password so emailing a reset isnt possible. Not sure if im even in the right section but any help would be awesome.
