That was the first PTC site I know. I don't know if my account their is still active. I haven't use it for 2 years now.

well lots of people are still active on the site and the site gets LOTS of traffic so they also get LOTS of advertisers every day, one days earnings get them another 2 years they can keep the site up...

They don't actually scam, it just takes months/years to pay people out and not many people get paid at all.
