Building an Instagram

Hi all,
I own a pretty cool niche Insta that I'm trying to turn into a stat account, but with real followers. First off, any advice on how build a good stat? (Besides the obvious).

I'm also looking to purchase some shout outs from stat accounts to gain real followers.

Well just keep the account updated with various pictures of p**'* and you should be fine i guess.
