So I'm going to attempt building a custom Gaming PC. My budget is $1900 Canadian, meaning that I'd prefer to not pay insane shipping fees so if that could be considered.

I don't know what parts to get, I want a real beast for my budget. Computer people and those who know about building them please help me out! I want to do this right and end up with a beast for various games.

the $1900 Canadian budget includes a monitor and keyboard! (I have a razer mouse)

Do you care for aethetics? What monitor resolution do you wish to game at? Do you prefer compact or mid tower (standard size)?

I do not care whatsoever about aestetics, it's the performance I care about. As for resolution just a regular sized monitor, nothing too big. The tower can be any size that gets the job done at its best. Please consider I am canadian with shipping and currency difference.

I'm liking the look of this, so with all of these parts I'll have a working PC then? Also, is water cooling really necessary? The whole idea of setting up water tubes in my computer scares me.

Not sure why people are saying get a 970 when you have a $1900 CAD budget. You could even cut back on a few things(change the CPU cooler to a 212 Evo) and you'll have enough to get a 980ti. If you don't have a monitor, save up a little more and get a 1080p monitor until you can get a 144hz monitor.

Pretty much an all white build minus the cooler and GPU, it would look really clean.

It's not necessary. You can get an air cooler if you like.
I added it because I personally own one and I love it. It's quiet and does it's job well, just as you should expect from any cooler.
Even for a first time builder, there's nothing to be scared of with an AIO cooler. It's as simple as clamping it to your CPU and then mounting the radiator to the case.

Mind editing your parts picker thing to include just a fan cooler? Your last build was near perfect but with shipping its a little over $2000, I mean I could afford it but I'm trying to cut as close to $1900-1999 as i can.

It's noticeably smoother, however you'll be looking at $300 instead of $150.
