Breaking the habit.

It's not the fact of like risky really, it's just like I don't want to hate the thought of dipping. I just want to take a break really. For awhile.

I guess that was a bad example.
but with my friend they kind of told his subconscious that he didn't need the Viagra as an aid.

so what they could do for you, as it's an addiction. Is tell your mind that you don't NEED it.
nothing to stop you from doing it again, but if they planted into your subconscious am idea that you had no need for chewing. then you wouldn't crave it anymore.

but as I said, even after if hypnotherapy is successful, nothing is there in your mind to stop you from chewing again.

maybe arrange an interview and emphasise the fact that you don't want to HATE it, but that you just don't want to NEED it.

just a suggestion :) an odd one. but a potentially efficient and stress free method.

Hmm, I see what you mean. I could see it working to be honest.

like I've said, it's definitely worth a shot. rather than kicking the habit by just stopping it out of will.
get someone to dig deep into your brain and tell your inner mind that it's no longer something you need to crave.

I really must sleep now :')
but I do hope I've helped.

I was just about to say, I'm closing this thread if you don't go to sleep. LOL.
