Rubbed down with s&p, oregano and garlic powder. Onto a hotter than the 7th circle of hell grill.
Meanwhile, dump veg and pull out cinnamon. Blend or puree to our liking adding s&p to taste. Whip up a brown butter with the same aromatics minus the garlic & cinnamon (cayenne, cumin & nutmeg)Flip the steak and slather with glaze. 2-3minute per side btw.
Combine brown butter & veg.Pull off grill and let rest for 8-10min.
Slice against the grain
