I think either your HDMI port is wonky or you need a new HDMI cord in general. Does the blu-Ray player HDMI cable fit / work with your Xbox's ports? If that fixes the problem then it's your Xbox One's HDMI cable that's the problem. Doesn't sound like a TV issue. New HDMI's go for like $5 cheapest on eBay. Mostly free shipping. They're not terrible quality either, surprisingly.

At least it isn't a hardware malfunction. That would've been such a bitch. Good to see you troubleshooted the problem & found the source. I've yet to buy an Xbox One for myself. Some day...
