Today, I had botted construction from level 45-75. I stopped at 75 because all I wanted was to be able to build a guilded alter. Is that dangerous though?

I was getting 170k xp per hour. It took me about 7m. I did Oak Larders and it took around 8 hours.

Does any one have the est on how much it costs for 99 construction?

Was thinking its around 28m or so

No, it costs at least 50m for 99 construction. Also, just do the lowest level things you can do until you get to oak chairs and tables. Then do oak dining tables until you can do Larders.
