bots and run

For some odd reason, my bot keeps on trying to turn on run, but it doesn't work. its like its filling up, but when the bot clicks on it, nothing happens, and it keeps on trying to turn it back on. Any ideas on why this is? Also when i try to bot at the rune essance, for some reason my bot cant even get to the mine. It like tries, but doesn't work.

It seem's like you're out of run. This happens when you toon has run so much jagex's code stops you because it's nothing like WoW and they don't want you running around on mounts.

You can either walk around and wait for your "running percentage" to go up or "rest".

oh wait, i mistyped that. its like it will be filling up, and it will click on run (run isnt on 0), and it doesn't do anything.
