Yes, Prices will rise, and Bots will be stopped temp, but Ultimately, Bots will Rise, and Bot forever, Unless RuneScape makes it so no External programs can get in, (So swiftkit and stuff don't work).

I just don't think anything can stop the bots, What's you're guys's thoughts?

Now, do you have ANY evidence to back up what you said?

I agree with you to the extent that prices will rise, but you simply have no evidence to support your claim that bots will subsequently 'rise'. You cannot possibly define a 'rise' if there hasn't been an adverse and distinctive 'fall'.

Yes lots, RSBuddy always has won over the updates, Jagex has tried before, and failed utterlly, There is so much evidence.

Now tell me which of these updates actually said were going to stop bots?

Agreed, i think they could never stop bots. XD

...

Jagex never said in ANY of their updates that they were going to stop the clients. All they did was try to ban the people who bot.

If the nuke is effective it will take out most of the bots resulting in economy fall

he project, code-named the ‘ClusterFlutterer’, will be launched as part of the RuneScape game update on Tuesday the 25th October permanently preventing “reflection” bots from working again.

Oh yea, forgot you weren't smart and you can't infer. The guy I was replying to was talking about earlier updates. I was expanding that post because people dont get anything. Now what you were you saying?

Why is it that I sense this thread is simply filled with arrogance and stupidity.

Bots will go down, but bots are impossible to stop. As I posted 100 times already, people WILL resort to primal methods such as auto-clickers.

it says it will ban 98% of people who have botted before.. so i dont know :/ :( :(

It can't be that simply done. They had no systems previously to detect reflection botting, therefore, nobody was logged.

I don't think they mean't "We gunna ban 98% of u hoez who botted before". I think they mean't "98% of u hoez who be bottin will be banned biotchiz".

You can't always believe jagex sometimes thier full of bs sometimes thier not its a risk

Only quoted because I thought you would think this is interesting.:

The "Cluster-Fluster" in other words, "bot-crash protocol" will not be able to stop bots, botters or any macro in general. They will be able to eliminate majority of the groups, but will not get every single company and organization to shutdown. There are millions of botted accounts, or accounts that were botted and stopped. There are already patches, reflections, inversions and scripts coded for Tuesday, me being a part of http://autofighter.org/ (customer wise and I know the owner along with few staff employees) So in this case, we just have to wait and see for Tuesday to come because thats the only way to tell. I believe it is a bluff to make botters panic, which the botters will shutdown their bots, and after Tuesday run them again, meaning Jagex's system log will connect with all the logs per file, and see the run time/stopped, this is a huge project though, meaning in order to stop bots 100% Eco-reset would have to apply, which will never happen.

Jagex knows they need bots, they make up 85%+ of all members accounts...

Only a bluff, if not they will find another way to make a new bot.

When someone is making a new security system, 10000 are trying to crack it.

in my opinion, GE will still control everything, the idea of removing bots will not effect us that much
