The bot nuke was far from a fake. The effects of the bot nuke are instantly noticeable. The playerbase, which is almost always past 100k, and when not, is usually, in the 95k-100k range, has dropped down to 80k as of now. This is awesome!

Damn, do you know what happened? I'd love to know :3

I still find it funny how people think that this was suppose to ban bots, but it was only suppose to disable the client.

Can't wait to see the effect on the economy.

Might as well invest in bones :3

Who ever has bots still running should stand to make a nice profit because of the economy shift.

It was They said their update added systems to ban bots and to break them for a short time
IF they were smart their systems would have banned bots the first day

Any ways I like the new way of playing =) Legit is fun!

Their update wasn't suppose to ban botters that previously botted. Just to stop the clients.

Well, all that matters is that almost all bots are not broken. Hooray for victory!

It is still successful in a way that there are less bots being used on Runescape, so I am happy. :D

You mean almost NO bots. Only working bots are RiD and auto-clickers. RSbuddy is going to be down for a couple months. They have to rebuild their whole system.

Jacmob said he will have the update finished in a few hours. They really didn't change much

Unfortunately I can't tell you any exact details or provide a release time at the moment. While I believe I can update this specific client within a few hours I would like to prepare more advanced time-saving methods for future updates and as such you will need to check back again in a few hours for more specific deadlines. Thanks for your patience.

A few hours right?

He's making so it is easier to update next time... No where near a few months lol

Jagex obliterated injection AND reflection. It is going to still take more than just a few hours to fix it.

He clearly said they can fix it in a few hours but they want to add a new way to update it or some crap. I really doubt they "obliterated" injection and reflection if he can fix it in a matter of hours.

Can you please show me where it says "couple of hours" because I read his whole post about the update and no where did it say a couple of hours.

Of course he is going to say a couple hours. He is running a business, he wants to make his customers happy.

Do you remember what the first release date was for Nanowalking? Now, what month is it?
