I'm getting like 1 rat per 30 I send my after. It's a kitten and I'm not waiting for it to grow. It's for a quest, thanks.
 
You can't, you just have to wait for it to grow to Cat to catch at a better rate.

May I catch these little hell rats for you? Atleast I assume you're doing evil dave for RFD.
 
Wait for your cat to grow, you will catch rats so much faster..
 
Your wasting your time with a kitten doing Evil Dave quest. Wait until it becomes a cat.
 
It takes like 3 mins with a kitten if u know what spices u need. I just did it, go to Runescape.com and go to quest help. In the RFD section you can use 3 Quest help points and unlock all the help for it. It gives you the number of each spice u need.

One dose of red spice I should add to it, no more no less, then I shalt proceed to add two shaking of yellow spice. Counting to two I shall add the spice which is orange in colour, and finally I shall take the brown spice and shake it verily once.

Never fucking knew that...

honestly spent 3 hours getting all the spices.
 
I did it 3 times with a kitten for my twins.. pain in the ass. But worth it.
 
if u have no patience keep going, however if u want to actually get work done keep feeding anchovies to ur cat and milk and itll grow fast enough
