I made this topic so some of us don't flood the other topic.

So discuss about making bombs,explosives here.

What powder do you use what kinds do you made...?


Anyway what you read here is only for educational purpose and not for actually making ones. I am explosive expert so i know what can happen.
 
thats not my hobby at all..but i dont mind trying it.

Also I like shooting crap to make it explode.
 
I used to make Fireworks for Happy New Years, but not anymore. I had no idea what powder I was using.
It's gray.

Well who said i was just reading.
I used to make a lot of bombs when i was younger.
I only read those books to get more ideas and projects to do.

I am very good known in my place because of those things.
Only thing i don't like are unstable explosives like nitroglycerin and i don't have a wish to make them.
 
zeroifrit maybe you tried to make HE (Heavy-Explosives)? :)
 
Well you can consider C2O bombs as a HE.

If not i made some nasty Cyclonite(well not that but i can't translate it right and this is the closest thing to it)

Its a mixsure of C2O bomb, Plasticier(also don't know how to translate it) and nitric acid.

250g makes a basketball sized hole.
So what do you think.
 
I make all kinds of explosives except unstable ones.
Like ones with nitroglycerin base.
But I will make Advanced Roman Candles - bigger and better effect .

Man do you have to spoil the HUGE surprise?

And also had an idea to add LP in folio on top with special slow burning fuse, so i will have to calculate it to explode in the air and not on ground...so i was thinking around 20 cm of slow burning fuse. It burns 30sec per 1 meter.It takes Candle to get enough high in the sky around 4-5 secs.
It will be cool.

No we not !

Zero, sorry I never tried to make roman candles, so dont know very good how they made. I have made some starmines and cakes with 4-6 shoots
 
Well its OK , And Altair i won't blow my house away because i always do explosives, bombs in my weekend cottage (sorry i don't know how to translate it).
 
This week me and Altair(he was just watching) detonated my new bomb(well not new , but fuse of C2O and Termite ) . When that exploded we ran away so fast i tough we were flying. We detonated it on school old playground.
 
I'm a bit of a pyromaniac myself, I enjoy lighting fires in my backyard regularly...
