Call of Duty BO2 recovery problem

I got a recovery for my account, and I can't connect to a game ever since. It will find games just fine, but always lags out at the map loading screen. I can't even go into my own private match. Anyone know a fix?

They probably did it wrong. @fresh said something about having to rank up from a certain level for it to work.

You'll probably be reset within the next few days anyway, so the problem won't last long.

Could I try just resetting my stats you think?

Probably. That would kinda defeat the purpose of the recovery, though. I'd talk to the person you got it from.
 
If anyone knows how to fix this let me know. Not many modders on tonight.
 
There is no fix, if he set you to any level higher then 18 then you wont be able to play. If you can prestige then it should work but other then that would have to get it redone or reset.

I saw this post and I knew how to fix it so I had to make an account.
When you click on barracks your xp will be past the xp bar at the bottom. Correct? So what you have to do is get host of a game and play it through if you have trouble getting host ask the guy who gave you the recovery to get back on your account and put on force host then tell him to go into a public match as host and play it through. Before he gets off your account tell him to make sure the xp bar is fixed in barracks.
