Block someone from using my PC?

Is there a way, what do you suggest? I'm thinking of coding something in VB.net so when they move the mouse it goes back to where it was or something, any ideas?

I'm pretty sure there are programs that block the usage of the mouse and keyboard until you time in a password. Then, when you prompt the computer to lock those things, you will need to type your password in again.

Just make a form on topmost and they have to type in a password in order to click. Simple solution.
