Most people don't send payments to the wrong address. I haven't ever send a payment to the wrong person.

So I believe this is just a scam. Paying 1 Bitcoin for something that most likely won't even make you a penny.

are u stupid man? people send to wrong address all the time. many people make these bots with only 10k addresses and make very good money by just logging into accounts and checking for BTC.

hell people even make bots to send BTC to random addresses

my bot allows you to make 10x the amount of addresses those people make and it automates the checking process which would take weeks without bot!
