Billion Dollar Bounty on GTA V

I've heard a lot about this, and I wanted to know if any of you can do this? I'd like to do it a couple times if possible. Thanks!

I'm really not sure how it works. I think the bounty, legitimately, can only go up to $9,000-$10,000. Anything on that is a mod, so I've heard.

It probably is possible. But I don't see why some one would waste $1billion on a bounty.

You should probably talk to @Plague, as he's made a thread about his money service for GTA. I actually took advantage of his service, and I was very satisfied with the result. Unfortunately, he ended up placing a one billion dollar bounty on me as well.
