Best World to pk on a main?

My mains 114 f2p, and I tried going to world 2 to pk but kept getting rushed and owned by maxed turmoil zerkers. What's a good world for me to PK on my main

World 18 is the right world or 65, People still treat them as the BH worlds.

World 18 is usually the most crowded. As well as 22.
