Best Windows 8 Theme?

Hey guys so I just got Windows 8 and I would like a theme. I heard something about a Metro 7 or 8 theme. Someone was talking about it here a little while ago. I don't really like this theme.

I would also like a start button.

What can I do? Any suggestions?
