hello members.
which is the best way to loose weight faster and you the best way to never gain back the excess fat that you discarded?
 
Quit eating oily foods would be the best idea to not allow fat get over you! If you are already than exercising or dieting may help you!
 
well for me just exercise and stop eating fatty and junk foods,soda's and have a proper sleep too....
 
Don't eat too much oily and fried food,add more fruits and vegetables in the diet,drink plenty of water and finally walk minimum 30 minutes daily...
 
Quit eating fast foods like Mc Donalds and Burger King and start eating Chicken Salads or something that is healthy and light weight. Oil will not help. A lot of fat and carbs in foods are really bad for you too.
 
sorry friend i have no idea about losing weight because i dont want to lose weight .i want to gain some weight.can you help me?
 
I think to be able to lose weight is to dicipline yourself. Balanced diet and exercise should always maintain. And i think drinking enough water and getting enough sleep!
 
There is a method i dont know exactly i saw a pperson using it & got slim he use ginger in his meal ie with rice but i dont what more he added.
 
i use to say that avoid oil ,cheese and most important do exercise every day atleast 1 hour a day you wont be fat soon

well that sounds quite practical.i am not much on oily food.i will start feeding more on fruit and i guess taking a bit of luke warm water will be much better.

yes that's the part i usually lack on.i always go on a plan of exercise but leave it just after a couple of days.and reason behind is not my laziness but lack of correct time schedule.

FAT IS ALSO A DISEASE FOR WHO IS AFFECTED .
ACCORDING TO MY VIEW ONLY FOR 30 DAY U TAKE A ROUTINE DON'T EAT&DRINK WITH SOME LIMITS ANY THING FOR 15-17 HOURS IT A BEST WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT IN OTHER TERM WHICH IS CALLED "ROZA" IN ISLAMIC TERM
 
I would suggest you cut down on a lot of carbs coz it would really make you fat especially if you are not moving around. Lots of water like at least 2liters everyday. And exercise, exercise, exercise. A minimum of 30 mins a day, 3x a week worked for me. Since I cant go jogging outside my house, I do cardio workout by skipping rope inside my room for about 10 mins. Then for about 25 mins I lift weights, dumbbells actually, then I choose a particular group of muscles I want to work out, like biceps for that day. And then the next session triceps. You just gotta have that determination coz losing weight cant be done overnight. Good luck!

hello shresth,you can gain weight in n number of possible ways.first you should hop on food like a pig:Devil: jokes a part :Devil:dear friend you need to take protein rich food as they are the building blocks of our body.banana shake is the most useful weight gainer that i know.

i think u shoul ride bicycle as long as u can and u should eat less if u eat too much and balance your diet.

With proper Training, Exercise, Discipline and healthy Diet. You can lose a weight a lot. Some others tend to have operations since it is way too fast but costs a lot. Others take some medication and do train hard. It depends on the human perspective.

Sleep late. I lose my weight because I always sleep late. I don't know before that even I eat a lot still I will easily lose my weight because of staying late in front of my pc :Laugh:. Don't eat too much fatty foods. It will make you fat and made your heart weak. Goodluck with your losing weight plan. ^^
 
Fasting and exercise everyday is the best way to reduce weight in the fastest way . fasting half a day then have a exercise such as jogging , running , kick-boxing, and playing badminton or football, then have your dinner .That it, you will find the result less than two weeks.
 
Today's newspaper says that drinking two glasses of ice cold water helps to speed up your metabolism (because the body spends some calories to heat the water and bring it to your body temperature). This has to be done before a workout for maximum benefit. Also, eating negative calorie foods like celery and apples is really good because they generate less calories than what is required to digest them.

hey that's sounds good.i found it hard to consume hot water and if icy cold water also works the same way then its worth giving a try.there are many negative calorie fruit like papaya and pineapple.i am thinking to try on these two.
