Exercise, a healthy diet, learn to manage or handle stress, develop a good sense of spirituality and try to balance all things.avoid vices if you can and just try to live life to the fullest.no hang ups!
I am 6'2 and 73 kg and think that is about normal as they say this good to be almost a kg per inch is you ideal weight. Now about your muscles, I can suggest you to join a gym with a trained coach and do some work out under his watchful eye. This is must to be careful and you should seek an expert advise before heavy work-out.
