Well the best method I know is using the AutoWaterfiends Pro or any other bot that uses waterfiend to get charms. There is one pretty good in rsbuddy client. People can get like 88-90 crimson/hour there using those bots.

buy rsbuddy v.i.p and use their waterfiends, i used it when it was free and i was getting around 90 crims p/h with zammy spear and 105 p/h with chaotic maul. And it runs flawlessly
