Best Voice Changer?

Looking for a nice voice changer 

Anyone know what the trolls/YouTube content creators use for their videos to make their voice really unique? 

I don't mind paying anything under $100 since this is needed as I defo can't voiceact as a grandma. 

If you know any programs which can create a realistic and smooth "grandma" sound, please let me know

I have seen MorphVox Pro but seen bad review so I had the intention it was just another waste of time[font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]. I'll try it out though.[/font]

Need it for Twitch - my username is related to the voice that I want to reenact and it's basically impossibly for me to naturally voice that lol. If that makes sense...
