Best settings for Soul Wars Pro?

I just started using it, and Im not getting that many Zeal, or the games arent that quick on W143...

What are the optimal settings for the most Zeal/exp?

This is what I am doing aswell, however I bot 24/7 and receive around 75-85 zeal a day on average.

Because most clans go to the loosing clan chat because less people are in portal.

Safe as hell.
Being in a CC increases your chances of getting caught.
