Best settings for Soul Wars Pro?

I just started using it, and Im not getting that many Zeal, or the games arent that quick on W143...

What are the optimal settings for the most Zeal/exp?

I've been doing this on my pure.
If you wanna see the progress that has made me check this thread. Keep in mind I haven't been botting 24/7.

This is what I am doing aswell, however I bot 24/7 and receive around 75-85 zeal a day on average.
 
Because most clans go to the loosing clan chat because less people are in portal.
I use
world 143
Last lost
bandage

run this guy 24/7.
90 zeals per day

Really? Nice. How safe is it to Soul Wars 24/7?

and is it worth joining a CC? and which CC?

Safe as hell.
Being in a CC increases your chances of getting caught.
