Best PC Horror Games?

Hey guys, I'm looking to play some horror games, what are the best PC ones in your opinions?

I've played slenderman, it's only really scary for me when I played at like 4 am round a mates in the pitch black with the volume of full blast, it doesn't really have any jumpscares and the most scary bit is the music :/

I think Amnesia is one of the best, or at least it's gained a reputation for one of the best horror games.
